Your exceptional ownership experience starts with Lexus Complimentary Maintenance*, a no cost maintenance plan. Lexus Complimentary Maintenance plan covers the first two scheduled maintenance visits.
Lexus Complimentary Maintenance Includes:
New Lexus Vehicles:
Every new Lexus comes with the first and second scheduled maintenance complimentary. These services are provided at 6 months/5,000 miles and 12 months/10,000 miles.
6MO / 5K MI
- This service is normally covered under warranty if done within 6 months or 5,000 miles.
- Rotate tires and adjust tire pressures as required
- Reset maintenance reminder light
- Road-test vehicle
- Check installation of driver’s floor mat**
- Inspect and adjust all fluid levels
- Program Lexus Personalized Settings***, if requested
- Visually inspect brake pads, calipers and rotors
12MO / 10K MI
- This service is normally covered under warranty if done within 12 months or 10,000 miles.
- Replace engine oil and oil filter (0W-20)
- Rotate tires and adjust tire pressures as required
- Reset maintenance reminder light
- Road test vehicle
- Check installation of driver’s floor mat**
- Visually inspect brake pads, calipers and rotors
- This service is complimentary when performed by an authorized Lexus dealership.
*Please note that oil changes are performed every 10K miles, except for vehicles using non-synthetic oil, which are performed every 5K miles. See your Warranty and Service guide for details.
**This floor mat was designed specifically for use in your model and model year vehicle and SHOULD NOT be used in any other vehicle. To avoid potential interference with pedal operation, each mat must be secured with its fasteners. Do not install a floor mat on top of an existing floor mat
***The Lexus Personalized Settings (LPS) can be programmed in two ways: For most models equipped with the available Navigation System, the driver can modify the settings themselves; for other models, including those without a Navigation System, programming is done by your Lexus dealer via a one-time, complimentary offer during the first 12 months from the date the vehicle is sold.
